About me
I am Sandra Murua, teacher, educator, social integration worker and emotional therapist. But above all, a companion on your path towards wellbeing.

Hello! I’m Sandra. Throughout my professional and personal journey, I have learned that wellbeing is not a destination, but a path that is built day by day.
As a teacher, educator and social integration worker, and through my specialization as an emotional therapist, I have dedicated my life to understanding the inner workings of our emotional world.
My purpose is clear: to support people in managing their emotions through a warm, human and judgement-free perspective.
I support them so they can understand what they feel during stages of change, growth and personal discovery.
I offer tools to face stress, anxiety, emotional blocks and the challenges of everyday life.
I work to strengthen bonds, improve communication and create spaces for listening through empathy.
This project does not come only from textbooks; it also comes from my own personal story. I know what it means to go through difficulties, and I know how necessary it is to have an emotional “first aid kit” close at hand.
That is why everything I share in my training sessions, talks and in my book, the Emotional First Aid Manual, is validated both by my professional training and by real life experience.
It does not matter where you are on your path. I am here to offer you real tools, closeness and a safe space where you can learn to manage what you feel.
