About me

Who is behind the Manual

Hello, I’m Sandra Murua: teacher, educator, social integration worker and emotional therapist. But above all, a companion on your path towards wellbeing.

Throughout my professional and personal journey, I have learned that wellbeing is not a destination, but a path that is built day by day.

My purpose is to support people in managing their emotions through a warm, human and judgement-free perspective.

The book

Emotional First Aid Manual

We are often taught how to heal a physical wound or what to do when our body hurts, but what happens when what hurts is our emotional world?

I designed this book with real life in mind. Not to give you abstract theories, but to offer you a true roadmap that can accompany you in your day-to-day life.

  • A deeper understanding of what you feel.
  • Practical strategies for difficult moments.
  • Real tools to recover wellbeing.

Origin

From my own therapy to your hands

This manual was born from a story of truth, searching and liberation. I am not selling you miracles: I am sharing tools that also helped me.

Sometimes, putting words to what we feel is the first step towards holding it, understanding it and beginning to transform it.
